Use of your Content

You give FOXTEL Management Pty Ltd (FOXTEL) permission to use the content you post on the Crime & Investigation – Australia & NZ Facebook page and @CITVAustralia Twitter page (the Social Media Sites). FOXTEL will use your content in accordance with the Terms and Conditions below. Content means anything you post on the Social Media Sites including your comments, photographs and username (Content).

You grant FOXTEL a non-exclusive licence to use all Content you post on the Social Media Sites throughout the world, in perpetuity, without restriction and without making payment to you, including publication of that Content on FOXTEL television broadcasts and in any other media now known or invented in the future. You acknowledge and agree that FOXTEL may also sub licence your Content.

You acknowledge and agree that you own or have permission to use and licence all Content that you post on the Social Media Sites.

You waive all moral rights in the Content you post on the Social Media Sites. You consent to anything which FOXTEL (or any person permitted to do so by FOXTEL) may do in relation to your Content which would otherwise be in breach of your moral rights including using your Content without attributing you as the source of the Content.

FOXTEL will use your Content, in its absolute discretion. FOXTEL cannot guarantee that your Content will be displayed on FOXTEL television broadcasts or in any other media.

Liability and Indemnity

FOXTEL is not liable to you in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly as a result of your participation in the Social Media Sites, or the use by FOXTEL or its sub licensees of the Content you post on the Social Media Sites.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you indemnify FOXTEL and its directors, officers, employees and agents against any damage or loss arising from a breach by you of these Terms & Conditions or FOXTEL’s use of the Content you post on the Social Media Sites.
